Quick Question

I haven't been here forever, but I wanted to pop in really quick to get an opinion from you all. I have a million things to share, but for now, here is my quick question.

Below is a picture of our Master bathroom. We have a mirror which runs the entire length of the counter top. It is one of the beveled edge mirrors.

Hopefully, the picture is clear. I want something like this I saw something slightly different at the store, but this is the closest I could see online.

What do you say?

Should I change or leave well enough alone?

Ok. Rikki said white frame is good because it will match the cabinet.

I'm sorry. Please disregard my first comment. When I saw the picture of the mirror that you saw in one of the stores, I had already sent my comment. Rikki said white is fine but it should match the design of the cabinet doors. I like your new countertop.

I vote for change, but I am also the crazy who recently cut off all her hair, so perhaps you shouldn't listen to me when it comes to makeovers and changes. ;o)

I vote for change, too! :)

I think it would look nice, but it's totally up to you if you want to do it!

Hi, sweetie! Miss you! No computer at home yet.

If you aren't sure about a big commit, I've seen a big white frame hung in front of the big expanse of mirror. I really liked it a lot. I don't like the big mirrors we had either.

I like what you picked out, though. I hadn't seen your bathroom...so pretty!

I'd change. Also, I'd suggest you not be afraid to get a very large mirror - you can also return it. I've only done pedestal sinks, but I imagine the same applies for vanities as well. You might even be able to get away with a silver or gray metallic frame to pick up what looks like silver in your countertop. I know it sounds absolutely hideous, but I have a mirror with dark brown metallic frame in the kitchen that plays off the red/brown countertops. Obviously, I'm well known in the returns dept. :)
