Happy 33

Hubs and I have one major handicap each. I cannot get up early in the morning and he cannot remember anything. Not that we are perfect in every other way, but this is a major flaw. Now he doesn't forget birthdays thanks to his pda and I can get up if there is an emergency. But R cannot remember anything that does not go into a pda and for me getting up every morning before 9 is a battle. There, you know my secret.

So we thought that marriage will bring out the best in each other. There is a story of a conversation between Bernard Shaw and a beautiful but brainless woman. She is supposed to have told him something like this: "If we marry, then our child will have your brains and my beauty and he will be unstoppable." To which he replied "What if he has your brains and my beauty?" In our case, it kind of worked like this. Now, I can't remember stuff and he doesn't get up before 9.

To the man who makes me not want to get up from bed in the mornings, who made me love dogs, who makes me burst into laughter 2 seconds after a fight, Happy Birthday.
