Appeal from Buddy

So then, Buddy, R and I came home that hot Saturday afternoon. I realized I did not describe Buddy at all in my last post. He is an ADORABLE Australian Shepherd/Border Collie Mix. We found him from Save a Life Pet Center. He has the most expressive eyes ever. He is quite furry and he is black with a single white line on his head and his underside is white as well. I will post pictures of him later.

PS: Oh, and Buddy wants to ask you all something. I let him do it :)

Anne

Hi everyone,

I love my new home. It's a lot of fun. Daddy stays home although he doesn't play with me all day. I get lot of food, toys, and chewy treats. It's the good life. But there is one thing which is bothering daddy and mommy and it is this: I keep scratching myself most of the time. I had a grooming before I went to my new home and the salon people put shampoo and stuff on me. I have a flea collar. I had 2 shampoo baths (flea removing shampoo) since I got home on Saturday. I was taken to the vet to make sure I was okay and he gave some medicine to put on me, which I dislike. But it is nothing compared to the hatred I have for the Elizabethan Collar my parents bought me so that I will not scratch myself. I am going crazy trying to scratch myself. (Scratching is fun right?) From the disapproving look on their faces, I think my parents want me to stop scratching. I thought I would write in my mommy's blog and ask for advise from you all. Can you please help them out with tips? I am sure they would appreciate that.

Lots of licks,

Buddy

:P Hi, it was fun to read your comment about priorities (and how right now yours is dog, dog and dog :P). To me, the transition of being pet-free to having a spoiled little kitten wasn't easy at all! But those little furry balls win our hearts so fast...
